Parimatch Marks ₹14,000 Withdrawal as Successful but Fails to Pay

I am writing to report an issue with two withdrawal transactions from my Parimatch account that are marked as successful but have not been credited to my bank account. On December 30, 2025, I submitted two separate withdrawal requests via bank transfer to my SBI Bank account—one for ₹4,000 and another for ₹10,000. Although both withdrawals are shown as “successful” in my Parimatch account, the total amount of ₹14,000 has still not been received in my bank account.
I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, and a support ticket was created under ticket number 63992641. However, despite submitting this complaint, the issue remains unresolved and my funds are still missing. This amount is very important to me, and the ongoing delay is causing significant stress. I urgently request that the full withdrawal amount of ₹14,000 be refunded back to my Parimatch account so that I can submit a new withdrawal request. I ask that this matter be treated as urgent and that my funds be returned without any further delay.
