Parimatch IMPS Withdrawal Delayed - Repeated 24 Hour Promises

On 1 January 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 17,600 Rs from my Parimatch account via IMPS to my Karnataka Bank Ltd account. At the time of the withdrawal, I was informed that the money would be credited to my bank account within 24 hours. However, even though this period has passed, the amount has still not been credited to my account. Each time I contact Parimatch customer support, they repeat the same message, telling me again to wait another 24 hours and that it is processing, without giving any clear explanation or solution. This situation is causing me serious concern and I feel I am being delayed and not treated fairly. I request that my 17,600 Rs withdrawal be immediately credited to my Karnataka Bank account without any further delay, or that a clear and provable explanation be given about where my money is and when it will reach my bank.
