Parimatch Fails to Credit Withdrawal Requested in December

I am writing to report a serious issue I have experienced with the Parimatch main betting site regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited for more than one and a half months. On December 30, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of 816 from my Parimatch account to my Bank of India account via UPI. Despite the significant amount of time that has passed, the funds have still not been credited to my bank account.
I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, and a support ticket was created. I was informed that the money would be credited. However, since December 30, there has been no resolution, and the ticket appears to have been ignored, with no proper updates or action taken. This prolonged delay and lack of effective response have caused me serious frustration and a loss of trust. I request that Parimatch immediately process and credit the 816 to my Bank of India account without any further delay, and that appropriate compensation be provided for the excessive waiting time and inconvenience caused. I expect a clear and prompt response, along with confirmation and proof that the transaction has been completed.
