Parimatch Bonus Lock Blocking Access to My UPI Deposit

I am facing an unfair bonus lock issue on my Parimatch India account related to a recent UPI deposit, and I am unable to use my own money freely in my main wallet. On 15/05/2026 at around 12:13 am IST, I deposited ₹500 via GPay UPI from my SBI bank account, with UTR [613555154050]. The amount was successfully debited from my bank, and inside Parimatch the transaction is shown as successful. However, instead of being credited to my main wallet, the entire ₹500 has been placed in a bonus wallet and is marked as “Temporarily Locked.” There is no clear option in the app to cancel the bonus, opt out of the bonus conditions, or move this money back to my main wallet. As a result, my own deposited funds are effectively blocked, and I cannot use them the way I intended. I request that Parimatch India immediately removes the bonus restrictions from this ₹500 deposit, unlocks the funds, and credits the full amount to my main wallet for normal use. I also ask that you clearly provide a way for users to decline or cancel bonus offers so that their own deposits are not locked without their explicit and informed consent.
