Parimatch Blocked CAD Account After Deposit

I have been using Parimatch with a CAD account and my account was blocked around three months ago, right after I deposited funds. Since then, I have been unable to access my account or withdraw my balance of 175,000 CAD, which has caused me a great deal of stress and frustration. I contacted Parimatch customer support several times regarding the blocked account and the withdrawal of my 175,000 CAD, but I did not receive any answer or clarification about the reason for the block or the status of my money. During this period, I had to seek help elsewhere to recover my funds, because I felt completely abandoned by the company. I have serious concerns about Parimatch’s practices and the way my case was handled, especially being blocked after depositing funds and then ignored when I asked for support. I request appropriate compensation from Parimatch for the three months of stress, the blocked access to my own funds, and the lack of any response or transparency about my account and withdrawal.
