Parimatch 1000 INR UPI Deposit Not Credited

I am writing regarding an issue with a Parimatch deposit that was debited from my account but has not been credited to my Parimatch balance. On 11 February 2026, I made a deposit of 1000 INR via UPI to my Parimatch account with ID 943428***. The amount was successfully debited from my bank, but the funds have still not appeared in my Parimatch account. After noticing this, I contacted Parimatch customer support and a ticket was created for this issue, but I have not received any response or resolution so far. I request that Parimatch either immediately credit the 1000 INR to my Parimatch account or refund the full amount back to the original payment method as soon as possible.
