Parimatch Failed Deposit Still Has Not Refunded My 6,500 INR

I am writing regarding a problem with my Parimatch account balance and a missing deposit. On 13/05/2026, I made a deposit of 6,500 INR from my Bandhan Bank account to my Parimatch account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but on 14/05/2026, the Parimatch app showed the deposit as failed, and the money has neither been credited to my Parimatch account nor refunded to my bank account. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue. They informed me that they are still working on my deposit problem and that once it is resolved, my money will be refunded to my bank account. I appreciate the assurance, but I still haven't received my refund. I also visited my bank, Bandhan Bank, and obtained my bank statement, which clearly shows that the amount of 6,500 INR was debited for this transaction. I am using Parimatch from India, and I am extremely concerned that my funds remain stuck even though the deposit is marked as failed in the app. I request that the missing amount of 6,500 INR be immediately refunded to my Bandhan Bank account without any further delay and that I be informed in writing once the refund has been processed.
