Parimatch ₹1000 Missing and ₹500 Deposit Turned Into Bonus

On April 19, 2026, I made two deposits to my Parimatch account using Paytm UPI—one for ₹500 and another for ₹1,000. The ₹500 deposit was incorrectly converted into a bonus, and the ₹1,000 deposit has still not been credited to my Parimatch account, even though the payment was successfully completed from my side.
I have the Paytm UPI transaction details and reference numbers for both payments, which confirm that the transactions were processed. I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, but it has not been resolved, and my money is still stuck.
I request that the missing ₹1,000 be immediately credited to my Parimatch account or refunded back to my Paytm UPI account. Additionally, I want the incorrect bonus issue related to the ₹500 deposit to be fixed as soon as possible. I expect Parimatch to urgently review these transactions and ensure that my deposited funds are either correctly reflected in my account balance or returned to me without any further delay.
