My Withdrawal Amount Was Not Credited In My Account

I had requested a withdrawal of 8,500 INR from my Parimatch account on 30/06/2026 via UPI. In the Parimatch app, this withdrawal is shown in the transaction history as successfully credited, but as of today, even after 12 days, the money has still not reached my UPI/bank account. There is a clear contradiction between the Parimatch status and the actual situation in my account. I have attached a screenshot showing that the withdrawal of 8,500 INR dated 30 June 2026 appears as completed in Parimatch, although the funds have not been received on my side. I request that this issue be investigated urgently, that the missing 8,500 INR either be credited to my UPI/bank account without any further delay or that a clear written explanation be given as to where this money is and why the withdrawal is marked as successful despite not being received.
