Deposit Not Reflected To My Account
On 10 June 2026, I made a deposit of 15,000 INR to my Parimatch account via UPI. The amount was deducted from my bank account and the transaction shows as successful on my bank side, but the 15,000 INR has still not been reflected in my Parimatch account. It has now been 8 days and, despite contacting Parimatch customer support, I have not received any response or solution. I also have the relevant transaction details and proof, including the UPI transaction information, which I can provide if needed. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either crediting the 15,000 INR to my Parimatch account or refunding the full amount back to my bank account without any further delay.
