Deposit Balance Not Received
I made a deposit of 8,000 INR to my Parimatch account with the username "Rukmani m***" on 11 June 2026 using UPI through Bank of Baroda. The payment was successful on the bank’s side and appears as a successful transaction in my Bank of Baroda records, but on Parimatch the deposit was shown as declined. Since then the amount has not been credited to my Parimatch account, nor has it been returned to my bank account. I contacted Parimatch support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I also checked with my bank, and they confirm that the UPI transaction shows as successful on their side. I request that my deposit of 8,000 INR made on 11 June 2026 via UPI from Bank of Baroda, which was marked as declined on Parimatch despite being successful at the bank, be urgently investigated and either credited to my Parimatch account or fully refunded to my Bank of Baroda account as soon as possible.
