Bank Transfer and UPI Withdrawals Still Pending
I opened an account with Parimatch India under the name Chaitali R*** about two months and ten days ago. On 24 April 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 4,071 rupees via bank transfer, and on 5 July 2026, I requested another withdrawal of 1,391 rupees via UPI ID. In both cases, the system shows the withdrawals as “successfully withdrawn” yet neither of these amounts has been credited to my bank account or to my UPI. Despite the status showing as successful, I have not received the money, and this has caused me serious concern. Whenever I contact Parimatch India support, they only tell me that an “investigation is going on” but no concrete result, time frame, or proper explanation is provided, and the situation remains unresolved. I request that the total amount of 4,071 + 1,391 rupees be immediately credited either to my bank account or, if that is not possible, at least back into my Parimatch betting account so that my balance is not lost. I also expect a clear explanation of why the withdrawals are marked as successful when the money has not actually reached me.
