I am writing regarding an issue I am experiencing with my Parimatch account, where a portion of my balance is marked as “Locked by bonus / Temporarily restricted by bonus.” Currently, an amount of ₹4,000 is locked in this way, and I am unable to use or withdraw these funds.
I do not understand the reason for this restriction, and the platform has not provided a clear or detailed explanation. There is no transparent information about why my money has been blocked under this bonus condition or what specific requirements are tied to it.
I would like to know exactly why this amount has been restricted and under what terms it has been locked. I request that my ₹4,000 balance be unlocked as soon as possible, or that I be given a clear and detailed explanation of the conditions I must meet to make these funds fully available in my account.
