I have been using Pari Match for some time and have successfully withdrawn money many times in the past without any problems. However, on 27 May my account was suddenly blocked immediately after I placed a withdrawal request of 3,858.52 via UPI in India. Right after the block, I contacted Pari Match customer support. They told me to send all my documents again for re-verification. I complied and sent the requested documents by email many times, well over 20 times, but my account remains blocked and I have not received any clear or proper reply from the support team. I am left without any information about the status of my account or my money. This situation is causing me serious difficulty, as I urgently need these funds. I request that my Pari Match account be unblocked immediately and that my withdrawal of 3,858.52 be processed without further delay. I also expect a clear explanation in writing about why my account was blocked right after my withdrawal request and why there has been no proper response despite repeatedly sending all the required documents.
