I Deposited via UPI to Parimatch but It Is Not Credited

My player ID : 928144***. On 1 January 2026 I made a deposit of 10,000 INR to my Parimatch India account via UPI. The amount was deducted from my account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch wallet. The transaction reference/ID is 455473111429. Around three weeks ago a ticket was raised by your customer support team after I reported the issue. However, every time I contact support, I receive the same response that you are “waiting for provider input,” and there has been no progress or clear resolution so far. This delay and lack of effective follow‑up is causing me serious inconvenience and has affected my trust in your platform. I request that you either refund the 10,000 INR to the original UPI source or immediately credit the same amount to my Parimatch wallet, and I also expect appropriate compensation for the long delay and poor handling of this issue.
