I am writing regarding an issue I experienced with a Parimatch casino bonus, where my funds were suddenly blocked during the wagering process. While I was wagering the bonus, my casino balance was frozen without any explanation, and I have been unable to use or access my funds for about one hour. Currently, a total of 350 rupees is blocked in my Parimatch casino account. I immediately contacted Parimatch customer service about this problem. They only informed me that they would reach out to me shortly after 30 minutes, but I have not been given any clear reason for why my funds were blocked or when the issue will be resolved. No specific explanation has been provided about any alleged violation of terms or bonus rules. I request the immediate unblocking of my funds so that I can continue using my account normally, or at least a clear and detailed explanation of why my balance was frozen. I expect this situation to be resolved as soon as possible and my access to the 350 rupees in my casino account to be restored without any further delay.
