Parimatch ₹22500 Missing After UPI Deposits and No Resolution

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding four deposits I made to my Parimatch account that are still not reflected in my balance. On February 7, 2026, February 9, 2026, February 15, 2026, and March 8, 2026, I deposited ₹5,000, ₹5,000, ₹2,500, and ₹10,000 respectively via UPI. All of these transactions were successfully completed from my side, but none of the amounts have been credited to my Parimatch account to date.
I contacted Parimatch customer support immediately after noticing the issue and was told that “the team is working on it.” However, despite the time that has passed, I have not received any concrete resolution, detailed update, or correction to my account balance.
This situation is causing significant financial and emotional stress, as a total of ₹22,500 has been withheld without any clear explanation or progress. I request that these four deposits be urgently investigated, the successful transactions confirmed, and the full amount credited to my Parimatch account without any further delay.
If, for any reason, the balance cannot be credited, I request an immediate refund to my original UPI payment method along with a clear written explanation of what went wrong. I expect this issue to be treated as a priority and resolved promptly, as the delay is unacceptable for such a significant amount.
