Palette Hair Dye Box Mislabeled—Wrong Color Inside

I purchased Palette hair dye labeled as 1.0 Black, but when I opened the box, the tube inside was actually 8.16 Ash Blonde. Unfortunately, I only realized this after my hair was already dyed, which was incredibly upsetting.

This mistake ruined my hair color, and I had to spend five hours at the salon trying to fix it. This was a terrible experience, and something like this should never happen.

To prevent other customers from going through the same issue, stores should check the product inside or at least warn buyers to confirm the contents before purchasing. Palette, I expect an explanation and a resolution! Has anyone else experienced this?
