Paddle BitePal Subscription Not Showing in Google Play – Still Charging Monthly

80

I have a monthly subscription to the BitePal app that I signed up for through the Google Play Store, and on February 19, 2026, I decided to cancel it. However, the app does not provide any subscription management section, and when I check Google Play, the BitePal subscription does not appear—even though I continue to be charged.

Despite having no way to manage or cancel the subscription, I was charged again on March 19, 2026. I consider this situation unfair and misleading, as I have no access to a clear cancellation option or even a visible subscription record in Google Play, yet the charges are still being deducted.

I request the immediate cancellation of my BitePal monthly subscription and a full refund of the charge made on March 19, 2026. I also request confirmation that no further charges will be made going forward.
