LocateMyMobile Subscription Not Working and Cannot Be Canceled

On Sunday, March 29, 2026, I purchased a subscription to Locate Mobile through Google Play. From the very beginning, the service did not work at any time on my iPhone, yet I was still charged €39 plus an additional €0.50. I find it unacceptable to be charged for a service that has not worked even once.

In addition, I have been unable to find any way to contact customer service, either through the app or the website, to resolve this issue. When I checked my Google Play account to try to cancel the subscription, it shows that there is no active subscription, so I cannot manage or cancel it from there either.

For all of these reasons, I am requesting a full refund of €39 and the additional €0.50, as well as the immediate cancellation of this subscription to prevent any future charges. I kindly ask that you review this situation and return my money, as I have not received the service I paid for and cannot cancel it on my own since it does not appear as an active subscription.
