Findandloc Charged Me After I Tried to Cancel My Subscription

I am a user of the findandlock subscription service, and I am being charged even though I want to cancel the service. On 2 March 2026, a charge was taken from me that I did not want. My account is registered with the email address makenaacer***@gmail.com. After noticing the charge, I sent an email to your support team to cancel my subscription and ask for help, but I have not received any response yet. This situation makes me feel insecure about the service, as I am unsure whether the subscription is still active and if more payments will be taken. I request that my findandlock subscription registered to the email address makenaacer***@gmail.com be fully terminated, that all future payments be canceled, and that the payment taken on 2 March 2026 be refunded to me. I kindly ask you to process my request urgently and to confirm the cancellation and refund in writing.
