In May 2025, I purchased the Compressive Raise Up 80cm Flare Up leggings from Oysho’s online store under order number 60051745065. I didn’t wear the leggings frequently during the summer—only a few times. However, on August 16, while wearing them during a training session, I noticed that the back area became see-through when stretching. At first, I thought it might be due to the movement, but just yesterday, while recording a video, I realized that the leggings were fully transparent, revealing my underwear.
As a clinic professional, I’m constantly moving, and I expect the activewear I purchase to support that lifestyle. I paid $78 (2,270 TRY) for these leggings with my credit card, and experiencing such a transparency issue after limited use is extremely disappointing. I’ve also previously had color fading issues with other Oysho leggings, which raises concerns about their quality consistency.
Although the return and exchange period has passed, I believe this product fails to meet basic quality standards and does not align with Oysho’s advertised performance wear claims. I request that Oysho address this quality issue and provide a fair resolution or compensation for my dissatisfaction.
