Talking Tom Wrongly Charged ₺240 After My Child Made Unauthorized Purchase

Today, while my child was playing Talking Tom by Outfit7 on my Samsung Galaxy S23 FE, an unauthorized purchase of ₺240 was made without my knowledge or consent. The payment was processed through Google Play, and I have the receipt as proof.
What makes this situation worse is that no bank card was saved on the device. The charge went through only because my 4-year-old child accidentally approved an in-game prompt, which should never have been enough to complete a purchase. Even though I had security settings enabled, there was no extra password or confirmation screen to stop the transaction from being finalized.
This raises serious concerns about the lack of proper parental controls and purchase verification in Outfit7’s games. Parents should not have to worry about young children unknowingly spending money with a single tap.
I demand a full refund of the ₺240 charge and request that stronger security measures be implemented to prevent similar incidents in the future. Developers and platforms must take responsibility to protect families from such accidental purchases.
