My Talking Tom Charged Me Twice Without Consent After Child Used Phone

I let my 4-year-old cousin use my phone to play games, and when I got it back, I discovered that My Talking Tom had made unauthorized charges. I never gave my consent or approval for these purchases. It is outrageous that a child can trigger payments this easily.

To make matters worse, I was charged twice, and since no bank card was even saved on the device, the amounts were added directly to my mobile bill. This shows a complete lack of security and parental controls. It is unacceptable for a game targeted at children to allow money to be spent with a single tap, without password protection or confirmation.

I am extremely angry about this situation and demand that the full amount of both unauthorized charges be refunded immediately. Families should not be tricked or exploited through games that appear safe for children.

I will not let this issue go until my money is returned and proper safeguards are put in place to prevent such abuses in the future.
