Outfit7 App Allowed In-App Purchases With No Password
Unauthorized in-app purchases were made in the “My Talking Tom 2” (Outfit7) application without my knowledge or consent. On 11/15/2025, at my residence in Istanbul/Avcılar, Denizköşkler Neighborhood, Zafer Street, k*** Apartment, my 2.5-year-old child approved a prompt that appeared on the screen while playing the game, and the payment was completed without any additional password or verification screen, even though the device’s security settings were enabled.
The transactions I identified are as follows:
11/15/2025: “Flight Pack” – $18 (Google Play)
10/18/2025: “Lucky Sports Outfit” – $7 (Google Play)
10/14/2025: “Golden Snake Robe” – $7 (Google Play)

I submitted written reports to both Google Play and Outfit7 today, but I have not received a response yet.
I request the following:
A full refund of all transactions made without my knowledge or consent, with the amounts returned to my account,
Mandatory security verification measures in the app—such as PIN/password protection and confirmation screens for every transaction—to prevent accidental purchases by children,
Increased oversight and user notifications to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
This matter is urgent. I request that my issue be resolved promptly and that the refund process be initiated immediately.
