Otelz.com Reservation Cancelled Without Reason - Refund Delayed
Through otelz.com, I made a reservation with number 5617830 on 26.01.2026 for a one‑night stay in Datça. However, on 14.02.2026, my reservation was cancelled without any explanation or justification, and I was not informed in advance about any problem or reason for this cancellation. After the cancellation, I contacted otelz.com customer service via WhatsApp, but I keep being told to “wait” and no clear information, solution, or timetable has been provided. This situation has caused both loss of time and serious inconvenience for me. I request the full and prompt refund of the payment I made for reservation number 5617830, and I also expect detailed information about the reason for this unjustified cancellation so that similar problems do not occur again.

I made reservation number 5617830 for Antalyalı Han Hotel via Otelz.com. However, on 14.02.2026 my reservation was cancelled without any reason given. Although I paid the amount of 2,078.22 TL with my credit card and the stay never took place, I have not received any refund since February 14.
During this process I repeatedly tried to reach customer service by phone, but my calls were not answered. When I wrote via the WhatsApp line, I only receive automatic messages like “your refund process is ongoing,” and no concrete information or solution is provided.
I demand that the amount of 2,078.22 TL for this reservation, which I never used, be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible so that I do not suffer further inconvenience.
As a complaint on Xolvie, my reservation number 5617830 made through Otelz.com was canceled without any explanation on 14.02.2026, the stay never took place, and I still have not received a refund of the 2,078.22 TL payment. I cannot reach customer service by phone, and on WhatsApp I only get the automatic reply “your refund process is ongoing”. I have reported this to you and I am demanding a refund.
