Our hotel, located in Ağrı Doğubeyazıt, has been working with Otelz.com for nearly five years. However, for the past four months, we have not received payment for any bookings processed through Otelz.com. Normally, we would collect payments for agency-processed bookings via a virtual card the next day. For months now, they have been stalling us, claiming there are issues with the virtual card provider. We have not been able to receive the payments we rightfully earned. As a result, we no longer accept any bookings processed through Otelz.com and ask guests to cancel their reservations. If other businesses are experiencing the same issue, they might consider deactivating agency-paid reservations on the system as well. This situation is infuriating. We are the ones providing the service, working hard, and attending to guests, yet our rights are being denied. You have lost all credibility and respect. The reputation you built over the years in the tourism industry has completely crumbled.

Claiming that you have invested or that you have advertised for us, you have supposedly put a clause without any signature or e-signature from me in a fabricated manner. Am I supposed to pay you a fee now at this age? First, make your payments, and then come to me with claims that I supposedly have to pay 13,222.88 TL. Who do you think we are? You are extorting money from all the hotels across Turkey, consuming it, and not responding to us. We can’t reach anyone through our emails or phone calls.
