Otelz.com Refused to Pay Me for Reservations Despite Collecting Payments Upfront

Otelz.com is not paying its debt. Dear visitors, we operate a family-run business called "Salda Gölü Çeliköz Apart" located by the beautiful Salda Lake, famous for its turquoise waters and pristine white shores, a true gem of Turkey. Our establishment welcomes guests either directly or through travel agencies, and we have agreements with various domestic and international platforms. While we have no issues with other travel agencies, we are facing serious problems with Otelz.com. Travel agencies typically collect payment upfront during the reservation and later transfer it to us. However, despite collecting reservation payments in advance, Otelz.com has not made any payment to me for 4 months. I have repeatedly contacted their relevant departments and sent emails, but I have received no resolution. If no action is taken, I will pursue legal measures. The Otelz.com website has issued an unfair and unlawful invoice. On December 17, 2024, I filed a complaint stating that five payments had not been made for our family business, Çeliköz Apart, located near Salda Lake, through the Otelz.com website. The next day, I received a response from Otelz.com promising an immediate follow-up. However, 22 days have passed, and I have not received any feedback. Today, I found out that an invoice was issued to us by Otelz.com. This invoice is entirely unjust and violates legal principles. It appears the company is in financial trouble. I would like to inform all concerned that we will pursue our rights through legal channels.
