I Chose Higher-Priced Otelz Room for Free Transfer But Never Received the Service

I booked a more expensive room through Otelz.com because the listing clearly advertised a free airport transfer. That perk was the deciding factor for me, so I went ahead and confirmed the reservation. I also filled out the transfer information form as requested. However, as my travel date approached, I received no confirmation or contact regarding the transfer.
I called Otelz customer service and was told that transfers were not available in that region. If that’s the case, why was free transfer service explicitly advertised when choosing the room? I feel misled and deeply frustrated. I even booked my flight from a different airport because I believed a transfer would be provided—this change was based solely on the promise of that included service.
This false advertising not only caused inconvenience but also wasted my time and money. I’m now left with no airport transfer, added transportation costs, and a complete breakdown in trust. I demand that Otelz fulfill the transfer promise or compensate me appropriately for the misleading information and the trouble it caused.
