I had booked several hotels through Otelz.com months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel, they said they didn't have my reservation and sent me to another hotel. After I called Otelz.com and asked for a refund and help, they told me they would get in touch with the hotel to solve the problem. However, nobody ever followed up. I strongly advise you not to use Otelz.com because it's a sloppy platform. Even the reviews on the site could be misleading. During another stay, I chose a hotel based on reviews that said it was great, even though it was old and bad. This was a mistake, and I was disappointed.
