I Can’t Cancel My Otelz.com Booking Without a Code

I booked a vacation through Otelz.com, but now I need to cancel it. Unfortunately, due to an issue with my phone, I’ve lost access to both my reservation and PIN numbers. I contacted Otelz.com customer support for assistance, but they were completely unhelpful.

They told me they can’t look up my booking using just my name and surname, and instead directed me to call the hotel directly. When I contacted the hotel, they said they can’t find my reservation either without the reservation number, and told me to go back to Otelz. I’m stuck in a loop—neither side is helping, and I still can’t cancel my booking.

If this doesn’t get resolved, I’ll lose the entire amount I paid for a trip I can’t take. This is unacceptable. A professional booking platform should be able to locate a reservation using the customer’s personal details and assist in cancellation.

Otelz.com must take responsibility and help me cancel this reservation immediately. I expect a solution—not excuses—before I’m charged for a service I won’t use. Please respond urgently and resolve this matter.
