Otelz.com Promised Me a Refund After a Reservation Issue but Never Called Back

I was contacted after writing a complaint about the bad experience I had due to reservation problems with Otelz.com, and I was told that the issue would be resolved and I would receive a refund, but in the end, there was neither a solution nor a follow-up call. I waited for days, constantly checking my emails and missed calls, hoping for a response that never came. The lack of communication and accountability was incredibly frustrating. I even followed up multiple times, but still got no clear answer. I regretted it deeply and will never use the platform again.
