Oral-B Toothpaste Disappointment – Promised Replacement Not Delivered After Multiple Emails

I purchased two tubes of Oral-B toothpaste from P&G but was dissatisfied with the product. I reached out to customer service, where a representative assured me a case was opened, and someone would follow up. However, no one got back to me. When I called again, I was transferred to a different department, and this time I was promised a replacement product. Despite receiving four emails stating that a complimentary product would be sent, I have yet to receive anything. This lack of follow-through is incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially from a brand I trusted. I expect P&G to address this issue and follow through on their commitment to customer satisfaction promptly.
