Braun Silk-épil 3 Left My Skin Red and Ingrown

I am writing regarding my Braun Silk-épil 3 epilator, which I would like to return because I am not satisfied with its performance.

After receiving the product, I used it three times. On every occasion, it caused significant skin irritation. My skin became extremely red, I developed ingrown hairs, and the hair removal process was very painful.

Despite giving the product multiple chances, I experienced the same reaction each time. Because of these repeated issues, I no longer wish to use the product and do not believe it is suitable for me.

I respectfully request to return the Braun Silk-épil 3 and receive a full refund of the amount I paid.
