Oppo Reno 14 Pro 5G Service Failed 3 Times — No Network, No Solution

I am very grateful to the Oppo AGM technology company; they stood behind the product they sold. With the documents they prepared, I received a refund from Teknosa.

On 25.10.2025, I purchased an OPPO Reno 14 Pro 5G phone for 49,499 TL from the Teknosa store located in İzmir Agora mall. Within 3 days, I noticed network and camera problems with the device. I went back to the store and was told that the issue might be related to the SIM card. I renewed my SIM card, but the problem did not improve. For about 2 months, I went to Teknosa 4 times, and each time they formatted the phone, yet the issue persisted. On 01.01.2026, I handed the device over to Teknosa, and they sent it to KVK. My phone came back to the Teknosa branch after about 5–6 days. When I turned it on in the store, I saw that exactly the same problem was continuing. I wrote on the documents that my issue was ongoing and that the fault had not been fixed, signed them, and took the device back. After this, I called OPPO customer service. They clearly told me that the device should definitely not be sent to KVK and that it needed to go to a place called AGM Teknoloji. I opened a fault record and sent the phone there via Yurtiçi Kargo. The device came back to me in about a week. I was able to use it without any issues for about 10 days, but on 20 January 2026, one of my customers could not reach me and called my backup company number instead, stating that my phone was unreachable. I recorded these problems on video. On 21 January 2026, I sent the device back to AGM Teknoloji again; this was the third time I had to send the phone in. Despite all these processes, the network problem continues intermittently, and the camera problem has appeared repeatedly, and I cannot reliably use a brand-new and expensive phone in my business life. I am tired of losing time and constantly sending the device for service, and I have completely lost my trust in this device. For these reasons, I request the refund of the 49,499 TL I paid for the OPPO Reno 14 Pro 5G and the termination of this problematic process as soon as possible.
