My Oppo Reno 7 Keeps Missing Calls

I own an Oppo Reno 7 phone. Since the day I bought it, I've been experiencing a persistent issue: whenever someone calls me, my phone either shows the line as busy or unreachable, even though it's in my hand and active. Similarly, when I try to make calls, they don't go through either. This problem has persisted since purchase. I've taken it to the authorized KVK service center in Bakırköy three times. However, they haven't addressed the issue properly, merely resetting the software and returning it the same day, claiming it's fixed. On June 7, 2024, I requested a "replacement" as I no longer wished for repairs. I handed in the device on Saturday at 11 AM, and they claimed it was ready by around 4 PM. Despite not working hours, they reset the phone and returned it falsely claiming it was fixed. I've escalated the matter to Oppo's global headquarters abroad. I've also notified Consumer Rights and CİMER (Presidency of the Republic of Turkey Communication Center) about the issue, stating my intention to resolve it through official channels. Despite numerous attempts and over a year of facing this issue, the service center has shown no interest in resolving it. Should I wait for the warranty to expire? I'm now taking this matter to Consumer Rights and CİMER for resolution.

Just to avoid dealing with Oppo any longer, I switched brands and now I use Apple. The process with consumer rights is still ongoing. Since I filed a complaint with Consumer Rights, I've been called twice by Oppo to send the device to another technical service. If they had responded to my calls and messages before I went to Consumer Rights, these issues wouldn't have occurred. Now, I will wait for the outcome of the consumer rights process and act accordingly. But even if I change brands, I won't drop this matter.
