My Oppo A73 phone, which I bought 2.5 years ago, started to not connect to the network at all after the latest updates. Despite following the suggestions of customer service, the problem was not resolved. Finally, they told me to take it to the service center and that it would be repaired for free since it was a software-related issue. However, at the service center, they said that the software was installed, the inside of the phone was checked, but they couldn't find any issues. Today, they called and asked for a fee of 4000 TL for the motherboard replacement. In other words, Oppo made my phone unusable with the updates and now they are asking for money from me. I demand that my grievance be rectified.
