Oppo A73 Restarts Repeatedly When SIM Card is Inserted, Works Fine Without It
I am experiencing a frustrating issue with my Oppo A73 device. When a SIM card is inserted, the phone continuously restarts on its own. However, when used without a SIM card, the device functions perfectly fine with no interruptions.
I took the phone to a repair technician, but they couldn’t identify the exact cause. They suggested it might be related to software or the battery, although I believe it is unlikely to be a battery issue since the problem only occurs when a SIM card is involved.
I am seeking a clear resolution to this problem. Oppo should investigate this issue and provide guidance or support to resolve it promptly, as this malfunction is affecting the usability of my phone.
