Oppo A72 Freezes Repeatedly

I bought an Oppo A72 phone from Media Markt a few years ago. At that time, the price was comparable to an iPhone, and I have regretted my purchase ever since.

I have been trying to get it repaired for years, but Oppo customer service has been nothing but a nightmare. They keep asking me to send the phone in for repair, but they never provide a clear address.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the phone and the customer service I have received from Oppo. I would not recommend this phone to anyone.
