I Face Oppo Realme C25S Software Bug Causes Calls to End on Lock

On my Oppo Realme C25S smartphone, pressing the power button automatically ends my phone calls. I’ve already adjusted the necessary settings, but the issue keeps recurring. I haven’t yet contacted customer service or a technical service center, and the warranty period is likely expired. I purchased the device from a technology retail store.

I believe this problem may be software-related, and I’m requesting that a software update or fix be provided to resolve this issue permanently. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer to address this problem.
