Oppo Reno 5 Lite Button Glitch After Update

After a recent update, the power button of Oppo Reno 5 Lite began acting strangely, occasionally registering presses when they shouldn't and frequently failing to respond when I desperately needed it. My first step was to contact Oppo's customer service via email and explain the problem I was having. Sadly, I have yet to receive a response or assistance from them. As someone with a background in technical support, I'm fairly certain that this is a software issue. However, Oppo's lack of communication and assistance has left me with no viable solutions. It's disheartening to know that even if I reboot the device or replace the button, the problem will almost certainly persist. The root cause appears to be a partial button activation, which eliminates the need for internal component replacement. I sincerely hope that Oppo's support team will step up and resolve this issue as soon as possible. As a returning customer, I expect a more prompt and efficient resolution to this vexing issue.
