I Face Instagram Not Working on Oppo RX17 Neo but Works on Other Phones

For the past 15 days, I’ve been unable to log into my Instagram account on my Oppo RX17 Neo smartphone. Even though I’m entering the correct password, I keep getting a “wrong password” error. However, I can log into the same account on other phones without any issue, and I also can’t access it through Instagram Lite on my own device.

I’ve already deleted and reinstalled the app three times, tried all possible security and login methods, including two-factor authentication, and even cleared the app cache, but nothing worked. Since my phone is an older model, it no longer receives software updates.

Because the issue occurs only on Instagram and only on this device, I believe there’s a compatibility problem with the Oppo RX17 Neo model. I live in Bursa, Osmangazi, and I’m requesting technical support from both Instagram and Oppo to help fix this problem as soon as possible.
