Opodo Changed My Flight Itinerary and Charged Extra Fees Without Notice

Opodo changed my original Adana-Antalya (6:10 AM - 7:15 AM) and Antalya-Vienna (4:05 PM - 5:05 PM) flight to an impossible itinerary: Adana-Antalya followed by a 7:30 AM Antalya-Vienna connection. This change left me only 15 minutes to clear security and passport control before boarding, which is simply unfeasible. Despite informing Opodo of my circumstances, including a family funeral and missing the email notice, I was told, “We informed you; no refund is possible.” In a last-minute effort, I paid an additional 200 EUR for the original 4:05 PM flight, but now I see an extra 110 EUR charge taken from my account. This situation has been both stressful and financially draining. I request an immediate refund for these extra charges and expect Opodo to address this mistake urgently.
