Opodo Fails to Refund Canceled Corendon Flight – Still Shows as Active

I booked a flight from Izmir to Stuttgart through Opodo for June 9, 2024, scheduled for 7:25 a.m. However, Corendon Airlines canceled the flight and sent me an email notification. Despite repeatedly contacting Opodo to request a refund, they have yet to return my payment, and they continue to display the canceled flight as if it were still active.

I’ve sent numerous emails to customer service and spent hours on hold trying to resolve this, but I’ve gotten nowhere, and my money remains unreturned. This lack of support and transparency is frustrating and unacceptable. I need Opodo to take immediate action to issue my refund and correct the flight status.
