Service advisor E*** needs to be evaluated separately from what I will mention. From the moment he accepts the vehicle until the delivery, he is a good advisor with his attitude and courtesy. As for the post-maintenance, although it is claimed that the car was washed, waiting for hours for a wash that is not worth waiting for is never mentioned. The crumbs on the armrest were still there as they were. And the most disturbing thing is that when I gave my car to the service, there was no problem, but when I noticed on the return journey, I realized that the sound insulation sponge between the front windshield and the dashboard had been removed from the right and left corners, about 10 cm each. When I asked why this process occurred, I received no answer. As a result of my research on the internet, I saw that several users also reported similar complaints. Although it may seem insignificant, it is annoying in terms of appearance and is an inexplicable situation. Will I come to Opel service again? I won't come, and I will make every effort to prevent others from coming.
