As an individual consumer, I've had a disappointing experience with an Opel Mar dealership. Despite their promise to accept a deposit from me and deliver my car in April, they have failed to keep their word. They have pressured me into accepting a vehicle of a different color because they have been unable to locate a vehicle that matches my original order. When I mentioned that I was considering taking delivery in May, they attempted to sell me the same vehicle at a price that was 100,000 Turkish Lira (TL) higher than the May price. Clearly, they are attempting to obtain additional funds from me dishonorably. I demand that the headquarters of Opel investigate this matter and correct the situation so that my complaints can be resolved.
