Opel Astra Multiple System Failures - Replacement Demand

Opel Astra Multiple System Failures - Replacement Demand
103

I am writing to urgently address a serious issue with a brand-new Opel Astra I purchased from Çetaş Opel in İzmit on September 11, 2025; within just 2 days and 500 km the Traffic Sign Recognition system stopped functioning, the Start/Stop system failed after only two uses and now shows constant warnings, the left camera is completely inoperative, and the left ambient light is not working, which in a vehicle of only 10 days and 1,500 km clearly indicates a manufacturing defect that has severely damaged my trust in the Opel brand, and despite repeated promises I have received no timely updates from the service team, therefore under Article 11 of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 I am entitled to request a full refund, a defect-free replacement, a proportional price reduction, or a free repair, but given the nature and severity of these issues I categorically reject repair and formally demand the immediate replacement of the vehicle with a defect-free equivalent along with a prompt written confirmation of the replacement process.
