Opel 2016 Astra Sedan Headliner Was Not Supplied
I had previously made the same request, but I have not received any response. Therefore, I am sending my complaint and request again. In December 2022, we had an accident with my 2016 model Opel Astra sedan. Since the headliner of my vehicle could not be supplied from abroad, my vehicle remained in service for 6 months, until June 2023. Since the headliner was not available, they temporarily delivered my vehicle to me with its original headliner. When the headliner was supplied from abroad, they called me back to the service and said that they would change the headliner. It is now August 2024. We have come from December 2022 to August 2024. It has been about 2 years. The headliner still could not be supplied from abroad. Although about 2 years have passed, there is still no date as to when it will be supplied. In other words, the timeline is uncertain, it is not clear how long it will take. I am not given a clear date. Of course, I am calling the Opel contact center during this process. A consultant is handling my vehicle's file. I am still waiting because a note was added to my vehicle's file to call when the part is supplied. I still call the Opel communication center from time to time to get information about the situation. However, they say that there is no development and that they have received a note that they will call me when the supply is supplied. I cannot even put my vehicle up for sale during this process. However, I was thinking of selling my vehicle. I have been waiting for about 2 years. I demand that a solution be found for this problem and that my grievance be resolved.
