Opel Grandland 2022 Ultimate Spare Part Delays


I'm facing delays in obtaining spare parts for my Opel Grandland 2022 Ultimate after a minor accident. Despite my vehicle being at Antalya TURGUT KIR AUTOMOTIVE for over 40 days, the parts ordered from Stelantis Hashim İşcan Antalya haven't arrived. While some pieces are expected by the 3rd week of May, the delivery date for others remains uncertain. Although 18 out of 22 pieces were located, 4 pieces are still missing. Despite attempts to contact Stelantis Antalya Hashim Balaban, it's unclear when these pieces will arrive. I've also reached out to Opel's hotline at 0850 399 67 35, but haven't received a callback. As a loyal Opel owner of 36 years, I won't consider Opel again until this issue is resolved promptly. If a minor part like the front bumper grille causes a two-month delay, how long would larger cases take? I'll escalate this complaint to Opel's headquarters until a resolution is reached, and I'll report it to relevant authorities.
