Opel Corsa Screen Problem - Service Center Offers No Solution

I've been having trouble with the screen on my new Opel Corsa, which makes it hard to see the radio and backup camera. Even though I've been to the service center four times, the problem hasn't been fixed. It's especially frustrating because the problem started the day I got my new car, and I haven't been able to use it properly since. The service center has suggested that the screen be changed, but the manufacturer in Germany does not allow this. Also, the most recent software update for the car didn't work, which made the problem even worse. Even though the service center said it would fix the problem with a software update, no date has been given. This makes me feel frustrated and let down. Because of this, I'm sorry I bought an Opel, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. It is unacceptable that a brand-new car has such a big problem, and it is even more frustrating that the service center can't fix it. I hope that Opel will act quickly to fix this problem and give their customers a solution they are happy with.
